General Policies and Procedures

Booking and Reservations

  • To book a boat tour, please use our online booking system or contact our reservation team directly.

  • Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance.

  • A deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • Please review our reservation policy for information on changes, cancellations, and refunds.

Safety Guidelines

  • Your safety is our priority. We adhere to strict safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience.

  • Please follow the instructions provided by our captain and crew regarding safety procedures, life jacket usage, and emergency protocols.

  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

 

Code of Conduct

  • We expect all guests to behave responsibly and respectfully during the boat tour.

  • Please refrain from engaging in any illegal activities, excessive alcohol consumption, or disruptive behavior that may jeopardize the safety and enjoyment of others.

  • Any violations may result in the immediate termination of the tour without refund.

 

Weather and Itinerary Changes

  • In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the tour for the safety of our guests.

  • We will make every effort to notify you in advance of any changes and provide suitable alternatives or reschedule the tour.

 

Liability and Disclaimer

  • While we take all necessary precautions, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred during the boat tour.

  • Participants join the tour at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.

Private Boat Tours | Booking and Reservation Policy

Reservation Process:

  • Reservations can be made online through our website or by contacting our reservation team directly.

  • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.

  • Reservations are subject to availability.

 

Deposit:

  • A deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • The remaining balance will be charged the day of your reservation. It can be paid in cash, cards, or any electronic transfer.

 

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the reservation date in order to receive a full deposit refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and no refunds will be issued.

  • No-shows or cancellations on the day of the tour will keep the deposit and no refunds will be issued.

 

Reservation Changes:

  • Changes to the reservation date or time are subject to availability.

  • Requests for reservation changes should be made at least 7 days prior to the original tour date. Anyways please contact us, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

Weather and Itinerary Changes:

  • In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the tour for the safety and enjoyment of our guests.

  • If the tour is canceled by us, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

 

Late Arrival:

  • Guests are expected to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

  • Late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of the reservation and no refunds will be issued.

  • We understand that unexpected situations happen and that the traffic in Miami gets crazy sometimes, so we have decided to establish a maximum waiting time of 1 Hour, after that waiting time the reservation could be canceled and the deposit will be lost. Please keep in touch with us. In the event that the client arrives late but within the established waiting time (one hour) we will get ready to start the tour, and the reservation time will begin to count from the originally reservation time.

Safety Policy

Safety Equipment:

  • Life jackets or personal flotation devices (PFDs) will be available on board for all guests.

  • Children aged 14 years and under are required to wear life jackets while the boat is in operation, as per Florida regulations.

 

Captain's Authority:

  • The designated captain has the authority to make decisions regarding the safety and operation of the boat.

  • Guests are expected to comply with the captain's instructions at all times for their own safety and the safety of others.

 

Alcohol, Drugs, and Illegal Substances:

  • The consumption of alcohol is allowed on board the boat in accordance with Florida laws.

  • Guests who choose to consume alcohol must do so responsibly.

  • The use, possession, or distribution of drugs or illegal substances is strictly prohibited onboard.

 

Severe Weather Conditions:

  • In the event of severe weather conditions or other safety concerns, the captain may modify or cancel the tour.

  • Guests should be prepared for potential itinerary changes or tour rescheduling due to weather conditions.

 

Medical Conditions and Special Needs:

  • Guests with medical conditions or special needs that may affect their participation in the tour are encouraged to inform the crew in advance.

  • It is the responsibility of the guest to assess their own physical fitness and ability to participate in the tour activities.

 

Emergency Procedures:

  • In the event of an emergency, guests should follow the instructions provided by the crew and remain calm.

  • Emergency contact information will be available on board for immediate assistance if needed.
